High-profile political consultant couple speaks at southern border business summit

The Borderplex Alliance, a industry advocacy group that seeks economic development on border communities, hosted its 2024 Global Border Summit on Thursday in El Paso, Texas. The event's keynote speakers were James Carville and Mary Matalin, two well-known political consultants who are also married to each other.
