Jackson Holliday has just 1 hit in first 30 at-bats as an Oriole, what's going on?

The Orioles selected Jackson Holliday with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2022 MLB Draft. Since then, he's risen up the ranks of the Minor Leagues at a torrid pace to become MLB Pipeline's No. 1 overall prospect by the start of this season. He was called up the the Major Leagues on April 10, 2024, but his debut has probably not been what he or the Orioles were hoping for.
