A court hearing looking into DeJesus murder charges being dropped commences

Stephanie DeJesus was killed in a hammer attack and suffered a gunshot wound. Justin Fischer previously took a guilty plea on charges of desecration of a body and hindering apprehension, and family and friends feel that there has not been proper justice for Stephanie DeJesus.
